1. Beginner Olympic Lifting Classes Wednesdays at 4:00 PM and 6:30 PM

2. Semi-Private (4 person max) 8-Class course. (Mondays and Thursdays at 6:30 PM)

3. Black Box Barbell ( Monday thru Thursday at 7:45 PM plus Open Gym hours

4. Private Training

 

 

Options for Training the Olympic Lifts

New to the Olympic Lifts:

Start with Wednesday Basic Classes.

Want to Get more serious:

Take a Semi-Private Course with Coach Brian DeGennaro, senior coach at CrossFit NYC and the director of the Black Box Barbell.

Want to get very serious:

Train 4 days per week with Black Box Barbell with the option to compete.

Want personal coaching:

Train one-on-one with an expert.
